Ribadeo

I haven’t written this entry yet. But I wanted you to know that we are finally on the marked path. We walked yesterday from Ribadeo to Valença. We followed golden arrows through the back roads of small towns. We walked through fragrent Eucaliptus and Oak forests, along side little streams, climbed steep banks to strespass on farmer’s fields to go around completely flooded pathways. We walked the longest trek yet. We’re exhausted. Eric got a wonderful pensiona for us this night of exhaustion. It even had heated floors! I am discouraged again. But, the longest streach is over. 5 more days of walking to Santiago! Love, Mom
